The Event

We selected Luci Ancora to host our event, and were absolutely thrilled with the way things turned out. Luci Ancora is a small, cozy restaurant in Saint Paul that offers clever interpretations of consoling Italian fare. Luci Ancora was also named one of the top ten restaurants in the Twin Cities by Gayot in 2012.
For dinner, we selected some delectable appetizers, a simple soup, a mixed salad, and three vegetarian options for the main course. For desert, we cut into an array of cheesecakes. The meal was accompanied by a selection of red and white wine as well as Surly Furious, a hoppy ale from a local brewery (which was recently ranked among the top 25 beers in the country).

The Wedding Cake



What's a wedding without a cake?! We selected a local baker, Muddy Paws, to prepare a number of cheesecakes for our confectionary enjoyment. We've chosen three flavors to serve: Reese's (Annika's favorite), Raspberry Swirl (Dakota's favorite), and Turtle (pecans and caramel; a mutual favorite).
The When and Where
The event took place on February 18th, 2012, at 6 pm, and the last few guests were trickling out around midnight. Luci Ancora Restaurant is located on the southwest corner of Cleveland and Randolph in Saint Paul.
